Πώς λειτουργεί η Διαμεσολάβηση;

01 Βήμα

Τα Μέρη επιλέγουν τη Διαμεσολαβήτρια της RESOLVE και υπογράφουν Συμφωνία Υπαγωγής στη Διαμεσολάβηση

02 Βήμα

Στην κοινή συνάντηση συμμετέχουν η Διαμεσολαβήτρια, οι πληρεξούσιοι/ες Δικηγόροι και τα Μέρη της Διαφοράς και κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής γίνεται και η Διαμεσολαβήτρια συντονίζει τη συζήτηση.

03 Βήμα

Οι κατ’ιδίαν συναντήσεις που μπορεί να προηγηθούν ή να ακολουθήσουν της Κοινή Συνάντησης πραγματοποιούνται σε χωριστό χώρο για το καθένα. Το κάθε μέρος βρίσκεται εκεί με το/την Δικηγόρο του και η Διαμεσολαβήτρια τους επισκέπτεται μεταφέροντας προτάσεις, αντιπροτάσεις, σκέψεις της άλλης πλευράς.

04 Βήμα

Η διαδικασία προσαρμόζεται πάντα στις ανάγκες των Μερών. Λόγου χάρη αν οι συνθήκες το απαιτούν, μπορεί τα Μέρη να συμμετάσχουν σε κοινή συνάντηση.

05 Βήμα

Στόχος είναι η επίτευξη της Συμφωνίας την οποία συντάσσουν οι Πληρεξούσιοι Δικηγόροι και η Διαμεσολαβήτρια την εντάσσει στο Πρακτικό Διαμεσολάβησης
