• Conflict management between employees and teams – The role and dynamics of the neutral third party
• How conflict prevention can be achieved and how it functions in practice
• Experiential training for the development and enhancement of conflict resolution and mediation soft skills

Training programmes may be delivered:

• In person, remotely, or in hybrid format
• With flexible duration
• As standalone training programmes or as part of the implementation of the Resolve Workplace Conflicts Programme or another organisational programme
