Natasha Apostolidi
Natasha is a Greek lawyer registered with the Athens Bar Association. She is an Accredited Mediator trained by the “A.K.K.E.D Prometheus” training center in association with the international training organization “Facilit8 Communications Limited”. Since 2014 she is registered with the public list of Accredited Mediators of the Greek Ministry of Justice.
Natasha is an Accredited International Civil/Commercial Mediator by “ADR-ODR International Ltd”. She graduated from the University of Athens, Faculty of Law.
Mediator’s Practice
Natasha performs civil and commercial Mediations, including Compulsory Preliminary Mediation Sessions under the provisions of the Greek Mediation law.
Natasha is also experienced in multicultural Mediations.
Since 2021 she is an Associate Mediator with “RESOLVE Mediators and ADR Experts” and she is registered with the Mediation Center of the “Athens Chamber of small and medium sized enterprises”. She is also an associate Mediator with the Turkish “Dayioglu Law firm”.
Natasha is an active member of several international forums (Juris-mediation, Reflective practice group, International Commercial Mediation Circle, Mediation Discussion Group, Ηarvard Βusiness Review Discussion group, etc).
Since 2021 she is a SIMI, CMC UK, Accredited Mediator and Associate Arbitrator with “ADR ODR International Ltd”.
She is also an Accredited Negotiator trained by “ADR-ODR International” in association with the “European Institute for Conflict Resolution in the field of Negotiation & Conflict Management Skills (Harvard Model).
She is an ODR Specialist (Online Dispute Resolution specialist) accredited by “ADR ODR International Ltd”.
Since 2019 she is participating as Judge in international mediation competitions organized by “ADR-ODR International” in association with the “European Institute for Conflict Resolution” held online and in-person (Dubai international mediation competition).
Mediation Presentation Practice
Since 2021 Natasha has performed presentations and speeches in the United Arab Emirates before international firms with regard to Mediation, its benefits and substantial elements diversifying Mediation from other models of alternative dispute resolution. In addition, she has performed special presentations before company employees on the topics of “Mediator’s skills” and “Emotional Intelligence”.

Natasha is a Lawyer who has worked for major law firms in Athens, Brussels, Denmark and Luxembourg. She has a long standing experience and practice in Law, mainly in the field of Corporate law ( Company law, Contracts, Industrial Property, Mergers & Acquisitions, Competition). She has significant experience being engaged for many years in the field of Public Contracts and Public Works. She provides her legal services, as external legal counsel, for companies, organizations and groups of companies active in the Greek and international market.
She has worked in Europe and has been an Expert adviser for the “European Institute of Public Administration” (EIPA) in Luxembourg. Natasha also provided her legal consulting services to U.A.E. based companies.
She speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish. Working languages: Greek and English.
Other activities indicatively
Natasha is active in human rights’ protection. She has been Campaign Coordinator and Human rights’ protection advisor of the Greek branch of Amnesty International. She is a member of the “Association of Greek Commercialists” and the “Societes Anonymes & Limited Liability companies’ Association”.
She has performed presentations and lectures for law firms in Denmark and in Brussels with regard to the E.U. Environmental legislation and its impact on contemporary Entrepreneurship.
