Consulting - Policies

Within the framework of the Resolve Workplace Conflicts Programme, consulting services and tailored support are provided for the design of Policies and the implementation of In house Workplace Mediation Programmes.

Services include:

• Research and assessment of the needs, operation, and culture of each organisation
• Consulting and design of complaint reporting procedures and systems, as well as prevention and dispute resolution mechanisms through internal bodies, including provisions for the timely referral of mediation cases to an external mediator
• Assessment of specific issues that may evolve into workplace conflicts, and consulting support for handling them at every stage
• Drafting policies that incorporate workplace conflict resolution and mediation procedures
