Workplace Conflict Resolution Services

Under the Resolve Workplace Conflicts Programme, Resolve Mediators may be appointed as neutral third parties to assist in resolving workplace conflicts. Relying on the core principles of Mediation — including active listening, confidentiality, voluntary participation, the creation of trust, and the establishment of a safe framework — they facilitate the out-of-court resolution process by coordinating dialogue between the involved parties, without the presence of lawyers, aiming to help the parties reach common understandings and/or agreements.

The neutral external dynamic of Mediation becomes an additional tool for each organisation, complementing the internal procedures already developed to address relevant issues. Whenever there is a need for neutrality and an objective perspective in coordinating the resolution of a conflict, this is the appropriate moment to involve a neutral third party.

The conflicts in which Resolve mediators may assist include:

  • Misunderstandings / Miscommunication / Lack of Communication and Collaboration
  • Employee development and progression issues during the employment relationship
  • Financial disputes
  • Discrimination cases
  • Harassment cases
  • Termination of employment relationship

And may arise:

  • Between employer and multiple employees (collective dispute)
  • Between employer and department(s) of the company
  • Between different departments of the company
  • Between employees
