Once again, our team actively participated, representing <strong>RESOLVE Mediators<\/strong> in this unique experience of <strong>learning, collaboration, and inspiration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eleni Plessa<\/strong> was selected for the <strong>eighth time<\/strong> as a <strong>Judge<\/strong>, evaluating <strong>three mediation sessions<\/strong>, including the <strong>Quarterfinals<\/strong>. As she mentioned, it is always impressive to see students from around the world develop their <strong>mediation skills<\/strong> and grow through the process. She also shared a remarkable moment when a participant told her, &#8220;The other team was incredible. I learned so much competing against them&#8221; \u2013 a reminder of the value of <strong>ethics in negotiation<\/strong> and the importance of <strong>continuous learning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Angela Botrou<\/strong> participated for the <strong>fourth consecutive year<\/strong> as a <strong>Mediation Session Coordinator<\/strong>, overseeing <strong>four sessions<\/strong>, including the <strong>Quarterfinals<\/strong>. As she stated, what makes the <strong>ICC Mediation Competition<\/strong> so special is not only the high level of <strong>negotiation and mediation skills<\/strong>, but also the spirit of <strong>growth, exchange of ideas, and empowerment<\/strong> that defines it. It is always a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with <strong>old and new friends, esteemed colleagues from different countries<\/strong>, and share knowledge and experiences.<\/p>\n<p>At <strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>, <strong>mediation<\/strong> is a process so dynamic that beyond <strong>resolving disputes<\/strong>, it contributes to the <strong>development of participants and their relationships<\/strong>.
