achieved and how it functions in practice<\/li><li>Experiential training for the development and enhancement of conflict resolution and mediation soft skills<\/li><\/ul><p>Training programmes may be delivered:<\/p><ul><li>In person, remotely, or in hybrid format<\/li><li>With flexible duration<\/li><li>As standalone training programmes or as part of the implementation of the Resolve Workplace Conflicts Programme or another organisational programme<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>The<strong> aim<\/strong> of these training programmes is to contribute to the development of corporate culture toward effective communication and mutual respect, the prevention and early identification of conflicts, the enhancement of employees\u2019 mental wellbeing, and ultimately the tangible positive impact all
