Relying on the core principles of Mediation \u2014 including active listening, confidentiality, voluntary participation, the creation of trust, and the establishment of a safe framework \u2014 they facilitate the out-of-court resolution process by coordinating dialogue between the involved parties, without the presence of lawyers, aiming to help the parties reach common understandings and\/or agreements.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The neutral external dynamic of Mediation becomes an additional tool for each organisation, complementing the internal procedures already developed to address relevant issues.
