\t\t\t\t\t\t\t    Private sessions with the Parties may take place either prior or after the Joint session and are performed in separate rooms for each Party. drawn up by the Parties\u2019 Attorneys at Law and the Mediator incorporates the Agreement into the Mediation Minutes.
